Legacy Dance and Fitness (Legacy DF) offers a place where people can learn to dance, workout, meet new people, have fun and feel comfortable all while improving their overall health and well-being. We offer a varied dance and fitness program such as ZUMBA, Cardio Dance, Hip-Hop and Strength Training, Abs & Glutes. 

Prices can vary depending on your needs, schedule, and preferences. Check out our reservation page and save your spot! If you prefer one on one or small group  session, we have personal / semi-private training. Our experts will design a specific exercise routine that aligns directly to your lifestyle and personal goals!

With Zumba, Cardio Dance, a workout isn’t even a workout: it’s a fun dance party – with exercise being the biggest perk! The music is fast, upbeat, and contagious, so you can’t help but keep moving. 

Zumba/Cardio Dance is also a full body workout. You will burn calories and fats, and it’s a workout that everyone can do at their own intensity level!
