Don't give up on your favorite foods but eat smart on your diet.

My favorite food... Ramen... I surely have been craving for that!! But wait.. even simple ramen like Soy Source Noodle has about 60g of sugar and 353 kcal by itself..

This Zeromen I found at the Japanese Market, Nijiya Market, has 0g of sugar and it's only 35 Kcal. I am not expecting as real Noodle but hey.. it's close enough!

For the hot day, I eat it as cold noodle with Avocado, Tuna, Egg and Green Onion for the topping. No guilty!
