Protein Shake is a 'MUST' drink since I start working out more. I usually put Kale, GROUND Flaxseed, Frozen Banana and AlmondMilk (Barista Blend from Califia is the best!). Sometime, I put Avocado and Spinach for more creamy texture. Take after workout or when you hungry before going to bed.. (try not to sleep with hunger empty stomach..)
